Tom Sandoval Got a Restraining Order Against His Girlfriend and Her Dad. There's a Fire Pit Involved.

In March, Tom Sandoval sat down with TMZ and gushed about his girlfriend of more than two years, hinting that a ring might not be far off. By Thursday he was in court, and a judge had handed him a temporary restraining order against that same girlfriend, her father, and an order for both of them to get out of his house.

The former Vanderpump Rules star, 42, filed against Victoria Lee Robinson, a 33-year-old model, after she was arrested in connection with an alleged altercation on June 3 at the home they were sharing with her father, Will Robinson. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a judge granted the temporary order on Thursday (June 25) and told Victoria and Will to move out as soon as possible.

That part, more or less, is the part everyone agrees on. After that, the two sides do not agree on much of anything.

What Sandoval says happened

Sandoval's version, laid out in the court filing TMZ reviewed, goes like this. He and Victoria had been drinking. They started arguing. He noticed she was filming him. Her father got involved, and Sandoval says he locked himself in a guest bedroom for safety. He claims Will then punched a large hole in the door, put his face through it, and threatened him. Then, Sandoval alleges, Victoria hit him in the face and head hard enough that his vision blurred. He says he called the police, who arrived and arrested Victoria.

He also used the filing to describe the broader relationship, claiming over the two-plus years Victoria had:

• punched him in the face
• thrown a full Gatorade bottle at him
• changed the passwords on his phone and social accounts
• tracked him using an AirTag
• told him he was a "f---ing loser" and that she could do better

None of that has been proven in court, and these are Sandoval's allegations, not findings.

The video, and the fire pit

There is also footage. A clip that appears to come from a home security camera surfaced via TMZ, showing Sandoval and Will arguing on a patio while Victoria sits near a fire pit. In it, Sandoval asks whether he's being recorded and reaches for the phone. Will grabs him around the waist. Sandoval shoves him backward, and Will goes over the fire pit before Sandoval bolts into the house with Will chasing after him.

It is the kind of fifteen seconds that does numbers online, and it did. It is also, conveniently for nobody, the one stretch of the night where you can watch both men do something and still walk away with a completely different read on who started it.

Victoria's dad tells a very different story

Will Robinson is not staying quiet about any of this. He gave TMZ a statement that flips the whole thing around.

"The DA did not file the case for a reason. I lifted Tom off of my daughter because he was overpowering and twisting her arm and trying to take her phone aggressively after yelling at us in a very aggressive and threatening manner."

Will says he was the one who called the police, not Sandoval. He says the house is actually Victoria's, not Tom's. And he closed with this:

"We just want Tom as far away from us as possible and to keep his lies and drunken abuse away."

The detail worth holding onto there is the first line. Victoria was arrested, but Will's claim that the district attorney declined to file charges, if accurate, matters. An arrest is not a conviction, and a restraining order is granted on one person's sworn account, not a verdict. BCN has not independently confirmed the status of any charges.

This relationship had a runway

The whiplash is the story as much as the fight is. This is the same couple Sandoval was talking up just a few months ago. TMZ caught him in March sounding like a man shopping for jewelry, calling the relationship serious and hinting it was about to get more so. Victoria had been linked to him since early 2024.

And Sandoval, of course, does not get to have a quiet news cycle. This is the guy whose 2023 split from Ariana Madix became "Scandoval," a one-word event that ate an entire season of reality TV. A restraining order, a fire pit, and a furious father were never going to slip by unnoticed.

Where it stands

The temporary order is in place. Victoria and Will were told to leave the home. The two sides have given two stories that barely overlap, and a temporary restraining order is exactly that, temporary, with a hearing to come before anything sticks. Until then, everything past "a judge signed an order" is somebody's claim, and both somebodies are talking.
